About the AmeriGlide Hercules II Residential Vertical Platform Lift: The Hercules II Residential gives more people the opportunity to purchase a vertical platform lift thanks to its cost effective design. It features a 600 pound capacity, a solid platform, a safety pan, and a screw drive. The Hercules II Residential requires some assembly, but this takes most customers less than an hour to perform. It meets ASME A18.1, Section 5 (Private Residence Vertical Platform Lifts) and CSA B44.1 / ASME 17.5 (Elevator and Escalator Electrical Equipment) safety requirements.
