A used stair lift, by comparison, comes from the home of another lift user much like you or your loved one. In both cases, we inspect the lift unit for defects, ensure that all parts are in good working order, and then resell the lift to another customer.

If you have a stair lift in your home that is longer in use and would like to sell it, A1 Medical Supplies is always interested in acquiring used stair lifts. Simply contact us using our stair lift buy back form and, if your stair lift qualifies, we will fax or email a return authorization form with details on where and how to ship your used stair lift for reimbursement.

The entire unit, including the track, must be included for us to buy a used stair lift. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller, and we highly recommend that you insure the unit with your preferred shipping company. Shipping costs for a stair lift unit will generally be from $75.00 to $150.00 depending on where in the US you are located.

Upon receipt, our stair lift technicians will inspect the stair lift to ensure that it is safe to resell to another customer. If the unit is in refurbish-able condition, we will issue payment for the stair lift within 7 to 10 working days.
