| The chair was damaged. The good thing is that Golden did replace it. My only concern is that there is no one in my area to fix it when the warranty is up. If I had been aware of this, I would have ordered from a different company. | |

 We use this chair everyday & are very comfortable. Love the color and how soft the fabric is. Called the sales rep because one chair has multiply loose connections. However have not heard back from manufacturer when told to expect call by sales rep. Will call back again to let him know so he can find out what happened. Otherwise we love the chairs and hope to hear from the manufacturer soon to resolve service problem. |

| My mother has trouble with her legs and finds that she can sleep easier in the chair because she can keep her legs elevated and comfortable. The assist to standing position is very helpful to her, as well. | |
