A Little About Myself
Pros	The lift Chair is comfortable for my 97 year-old mother. It is low enough for her feet to reach the floor (unlike the smallest model of another manufacturer).
Cons	None
Service & Delivery	It was shipped very quickly and the delivery driver was very courteous. The chair was well packaged and was easily assembled.
Ordering was easy.

Cons
This chair was purchased for a very petite woman, under 5ft. All other recliners/lift chairs had large cushy head rests which forced her head forward and were very uncomfortable. She now sits in this chair and seems very relaxed and happy! It looks like it was made just for her!
